We are certified practitioners for The Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and The Korn Ferry 360 survey. This evidence-based framework of 38 global competencies is considered the gold standard in large organizations today.

This robust framework is designed to be used for several purposes:

  • Development: Assessing skill level (informally or formally) for the purpose of development.
  • Performance: Assessing performance (informally or formally).
  • Competency modeling: Articulating which skills are mission critical for a particular role, department, level, or organization.
  • Selection: Identifying which competencies are table stakes and which competencies are differentiating for a given role.
  • Helping individuals achieve higher levels of contribution for specific competencies.

Most of our coaching clients benefit from receiving a KF 360. Our coaches are experts in analyzing the data and assisting clients to understand their strengths, development opportunities, and ratings from stakeholders. We support the client in fully understanding the themes and opportunities evident in their results. These results, along with other relevant assessments and stakeholder feedback, form the foundation of the client’s development plan.
