Diane DavidsonDiane has been a coach and consultant to senior leaders for more than 20 years. She is a graduate of the Marshall Goldsmith Certified Stakeholder Centered Coaching program. Diane provides coaching, consulting, assessment, and training services to both individuals and teams, focused on leadership development, change leadership, presentation skills, performance management, and conflict resolution.

She enables successful leaders to lead more effectively through long-term change in leadership behavior, using a methodology that is highly effective and time-efficient. She honors her clients for their expertise, creating clarity, identifying goals, and implementing strategic actions through powerful coaching conversations.

Coaching requires creativity, compassion, and collaboration. Diane specializes in providing personalized support that addresses clients’ concerns for today and the future. With a laser focus on the success of each client, she develops a co-active relationship to ensure measurable results and accelerated professional achievement.

Additionally, Diane shares a passion for training and facilitation where her skills in energizing group dynamics and adult learning are on full display. Michael AvrietteMichael is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and facilitator with over 25 years of experience in leadership, coaching, and service. He brings more than a decade of executive-level experience to his clients where he is adept at integrating his psychology background and business acumen to drive behavioral change. He enjoys working with senior leaders to refine leadership competencies, improve emotional intelligence (EI), and navigate large, complex organizations effectively. He uses evidence-based coaching methodologies to engage new and experienced leaders to develop strengths and build high performing teams.

Supporting clients to overcome obstacles and achieve career advancement is his specialty. He’s a master at helping his clients foresee potential outcomes of their actions and guide thoughtful decision making that aligns with their professional goals. He provides honest feedback about potential blind spots and opportunities for growth within the context of a safe, trusting relationship.
